We sell handmade, customized mugs. Each item is individually crafted, so slight variations in colour, size, and design may occur. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these variations.  

3. Orders & Customisation

When placing an order, please ensure all custom design details are correct. Personalisation options have been detailed within each mug.  All mugs are handmade to order, therefore once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to reject orders with content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates intellectual property rights.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds £ and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card].

5. Processing Time

All our products are handmade and made-to-order, which means we begin crafting your item only after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Standard processing time is up to 5 weeks, depending on order volume and the complexity of customization. During busy periods or promotional sales, processing times may be longer, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received and another notification when it has shipped.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your timeline.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on location and current order volume.  Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.  We aim to meet these delivery times, but during busy period delays may occur.  Shipping is estimated at checkout.

For international shipping, customer are responsible for custom duties and tax.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including images, logos, text, and product designs—is the property of Nuela Ceramics and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuela Ceramics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
